The Mental Health workshop offers participants the opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being through education, reflection, and practical exercises. Through interactive activities, young people gain specific knowledge about physical, cognitive, and behavioral changes during adolescence and early adulthood, the causes of mental health difficulties, as well as the impact of stigma and its consequences.
Participants are introduced to the signs and symptoms of common challenges such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, and various forms of addiction. The workshop includes both individual and group activities that contribute to personal growth and empowerment.
A special focus is placed on developing healthy psychological boundaries, improving self-image, strengthening self-confidence, and recognizing personal needs and emotions. Participants are encouraged to identify and change dysfunctional behavior patterns and to discover and strengthen their inner resources.
All of this contributes to building self-esteem, motivation, and readiness for positive changes in their personal lives and communities.
