The adoption of the Gender Action Plan is an obligation of Bosnia and Herzegovina arising from international and domestic documents in the field of gender equality. Gender Action Plans contain goals, programs and measures for the achievement of gender equality in all areas of social life and work, and the Operational Plan outlines the activities to be implemented.

Through its previous work, Amica Educa has participated in processes related to the development, monitoring and oversight of the implementation of Gender Action Plans at the city and cantonal levels, and continues to develop cooperation with government representatives and other relevant stakeholders in the field of gender equality.
