Art Therapy

Art Therapy

The Art Therapy workshop is based on the use of creative expression as a way to explore inner experiences, strengthen personal resources, and encourage personal development. Artistic activities such as drawing, painting, modelling, movement, music, storytelling, and dramatic expression provide space for expressing thoughts and emotions that are sometimes difficult to put into words. Through the creative process, participants develop a deeper connection with themselves, their feelings, and their inner potentials.

Art therapy combines principles of psychotherapy with an understanding of the psychological aspects of the creative process and personality development. The workshop includes various creative techniques and methods that encourage perception, awareness, and the development of the senses, as well as deeper reflection on personal experiences through visual and symbolic expression.

Through experiential work, participants develop their ability for creative expression, strengthen self-awareness, and discover new ways of understanding themselves and the world around them. The creative process can contribute to releasing tension, activating personal strengths, and developing new perspectives that support emotional balance, personal growth, and more fulfilling relationships with others.

During the workshop participants:

• explore creative ways of expressing thoughts, feelings, and experiences
• develop perception, awareness, and sensory observation through the artistic process
• strengthen self-awareness and understanding of their inner processes
• release creative potential and develop the ability for symbolic expression
• use creative techniques as support for personal development and emotional balance
