Psychosocial and Socio-Economic Empowerment of Women

Psychosocial and Socio-Economic Empowerment of Women

Amica Educa provides women and and young women with a safe space for conversation, understanding and support in coping with various life challenges, stress, family-related difficulties, experiences of violence, loss, crises, disrupted relationships or feelings of being overwhelmed.

Special attention is given to women and and young women facing violence, discrimination, economic insecurity, social exclusion, family burdens or limited access to support and opportunities. All activities are implemented with respect for confidentiality, voluntary participation, dignity and the individual needs of each woman and girl.

Through individual counselling, psychotherapy and psychoeducational workshops, women and and young women have the opportunity to better understand themselves, their emotions, needs and relationships, and to develop skills in communication, setting boundaries, self-regulation, decision-making and self-care. In this way, they strengthen their mental health, self-confidence, resilience and capacities to cope with everyday challenges.

In addition to psychosocial support, Amica Educa implements activities for the socio-economic empowerment of women and young womenthrough trainings in personal, social, professional and digital skills, employability, professional communication, CV writing, preparation for job interviews and recognition of their own potential. These activities contribute to strengthening their economic independence, increasing their visibility in the labour market and supporting their more active participation in the family, community and society.
