This workshop offers participants a space for deeper understanding of their emotions, inner needs, and reactions, as well as for developing skills that support everyday coping with life’s challenges. The focus is on enhancing emotional intelligence, setting healthy personal boundaries, and strengthening resilience – all key elements for maintaining mental well-being and building healthy relationships.

Through a combination of psychoeducation, reflective work, and practical exercises, participants learn how to recognize and express emotions, say “no” in ways that preserve relationships, and identify their own resources in moments of stress, conflict, or overwhelm.

The workshop provides everyday tools: how to deal with guilt or emotional overload, how to build inner stability, and how to use emotional literacy and self-confidence to enhance quality of life. It is intended for anyone who wants to work on themselves, make decisions aligned with their values, and build a life with more balance, clarity, and inner strength.
