In order to strengthen the role and position of women in political, social and economic processes and establish effective mechanisms for gender equality, various training programs are created and developed for representatives of institutions at all levels of government.

Training programs on the topic of gender equality and gender mainstreaming ensure not only changes at the personal level for training participants, but also ensure a functional operational structure within local and state institutions to support the promotion and advocacy of women’s rights.

Trainings and workshops are conducted for and in partnership with members of city and cantonal gender equality commissions, employees of all sectors of city and cantonal institutions.
