The adoption of the Gender Action Plan is an obligation of Bosnia and Herzegovina arising from international and domestic documents in the field of gender equality. Gender Action Plans contain goals, programs and measures for the achievement of gender equality in all areas of social life and work, and the Operational Plan outlines the activities to be implemented.

Amica Educa is involved in the development of the GAP and the monitoring and supervision of the implementation of the GAP at the city and cantonal levels as a member of different working groups.
