As part of the project “Empowering Young Women – The Beginning of Change,” our participants visited the Center for Personal Development and Mental Health ACTUM in Tuzla.
During the visit, the team members guided the girls through their own very personal journeys of growth and development, openly sharing their experiences, dilemmas, and the lessons that shaped them.
It was precisely this authenticity and openness that the girls especially appreciated and found deeply inspiring.
Through conversations about working in the field of mental health, working with children in speech therapy, the values of the profession, and the importance of personal change, the participants gained new knowledge — and also the confidence that they, too, can become drivers of positive change in their own communities.
