Systemic Family Therapy Counselor (Center for Family, Family Therapists and Family Systems, Belgrade).Works in Association Amica Educa since 2003.Responsible for management of the organization, strategic planning, financial management, representation of Association in the country and abroad.Workshop leader for topics Family Dynamics, Creative Expressive Painting and Personal and Business Skills. During last 15 years by attending seminars, trainings and workshops continuously improves her skills in the field of management, psycho-social work, mental health, education of adults and gender equality.

Bachelor Degree in Business Psychology,certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.Employed at the Association since its founding in 1996. Besides the work on the development of programs and strategic development of the organization, works as an educator in the field of Nonviolent Communication, Creative Expressive Painting, Personal and Business Skills and provides support for the education in Sexual Abuse in Childhood. One of the founders of the Nonviolent Communication BiH Network. Continuously attends educations in the area of psycho-social work, mental health, management, adult education and gender equality.

Bachelor Degree in Pedagogy – Psychology.Currently studying Gestalt Psychotherapy (Program by the Institute for Gestalt Psychotherapy Education Malta.Employed at the Association since 2009, responsible for preparation and implementation of projects and activities in the area of psycho-educative work with children and parents, assists with the fundraising activities and other administrative tasks.Certified educator in Positive Discipline in Raising Children and leader of the Positive Discipline in Raising Children and Art Therapy workshops. Continuously attends educations in areas of psycho-educative and psychotherapeutic work, mental health and adults education.

Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Masters in Social Work (Philosophical Faculty of University of Tuzla). Employed at the Association since 2014. Coordinates Psychological Counseling Activities and leads Family Group Conferences project. Is project assistant on gender projects and provides support with the realization of psycho-educative workshops within the project Digital Inclusion of Marginalized Women. In charge of public relations for the Association as well as other administrative tasks.

Student of Informational Management, completed one year Feminist School Zarana Papic program. Engaged at the Association since 2009, and since 2012 as a full-time employee in a position of gender project coordinator with a focus on prevention of gender based violence. Leader of the workshops and trainings on the topic of Gender Equality. Other responsibilities include administrative duties, document and seminar translations and assists with fundraising.

Is certified leader of Dances of Universal Peace and is leader and mentor of workshops on the topic of Dances of Universal Peace and Creative Support to Teachers of Religious Culture. Educated practitioner of Neuro-emotional integration and Energetic Therapy.In charge of organizational tasks for implementation of psycho-educative workshops and other administrative tasks for the Association.
