The INDEAR – Inclusion and Diversity in Early Childhood Education project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, was successfully completed after two years of implementation (October 2023 – October 2025).
Implemented in partnership with seven organisations from Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the project aimed to strengthen inclusive and diversity-sensitive practices in early childhood education and care.
Key results of the project include a self-assessment tool, a professional development programme, and multilingual training materials addressing culture, gender identity and sexual orientation, and trauma in early childhood.
