We are pleased to invite you to the Youth Forum “Tiny Steps, Big Changes”, which will take place on 18 June 2026 at the National Theatre Tuzla.
The Forum represents the concluding activity of the first phase of the project “Empowering Young Women – The Beginning of Change” and will bring together young people, representatives of institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector to foster dialogue on the challenges, needs, and opportunities for improving the position of young people—particularly young women—in the labour market.
The central part of the Forum will be a panel discussion focused on issues that are essential for the personal and professional empowerment of young people, including: What are the main barriers to young people’s (especially young women’s) participation in the labour market? Which skills are most needed today? How can the gap between education and the labour market be bridged?
Through the presentation of project results, the exchange of experiences, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, the Forum will create a space for connection, inspiration, and the development of recommendations for future initiatives aimed at supporting young people.
