Another cycle of training “Marketing of educational offers”, organized by DVV International – Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina for participants in the Tuzla Canton, has ended. As always, the goal is to strengthen the organizers of adult education, and one of the best ways is precisely through increasing their competitiveness in the field of work they are engaged in.
The “Marketing of educational offers” training was extremely important because it enabled the participants to become familiar with the practice of modern marketing, which increased their knowledge and skills in the promotion of educational offers. In addition, encouraging critical reflection on the application of good marketing practices enabled participants to better analyze and adapt their strategies to the specific needs of their organizations.
The training included 11 thematic units that covered a wide range of marketing aspects, including market segmentation, brand development, customer relationship management (CRM), integrated marketing communications, and analysis of good practices in promotion and sales. This comprehensive approach ensured that attendees gained a holistic understanding of marketing.
Practical application of what was learned was one of the key elements of the training. The participants had the opportunity to work on the real challenges of their organizations, using the guidance of trainers and modern marketing techniques, which enabled them to directly apply the acquired knowledge.
Certificates were awarded as the crown of days of work. Upon completion of the training, adult education organizers became more competitive in the market, with improved abilities to effectively promote and sell their educational offerings.
Conducting the training by a regular professor of the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, prof. Ph.D. Almir Peštek, guaranteed the quality and expertise of the transferred knowledge, which additionally contributed to its success.
