This training is designed to support youth and adults in developing essential knowledge and skills for successful integration into the labor market. It focuses on empowering participants to recognize their own potential, build self-confidence, and gain practical tools to support them in the job-seeking process.
Through interactive activities, participants work on writing CVs and motivation letters, preparing for job interviews, identifying personal strengths and professional interests, and developing communication and presentation skills. The training also covers topics such as decision-making, goal-setting, and coping with stress in a professional context.
The training is adapted to meet the needs of various target groups – including young people entering the job market, unemployed women (both young and adult), long-term unemployed individuals, and those looking to make a career change.
The goal of the training is for participants to gain greater self-awareness and clarity about their opportunities, develop a sense of competence and motivation, and strengthen their capacity to actively and confidently seek employment.
