Find more about PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Psychoeducational program is designed as a space for learning, growth, and empowerment through workshops and trainings that support mental and social well-being, enhance psychosocial functioning, and foster the development of individual capacities and abilities.
The program provides a safe and supportive environment where mental health topics are explored in an accessible and practical way. We focus on self-understanding, interpersonal relationships, and especially on building resilience and strengthening the capacity to overcome life challenges.
Each workshop and training is tailored to respond to the real needs of participants, encourage empowerment and personal development, and respect the individual pace and capacities of each person.
Ethics and confidentiality are the foundations of our work – we create a safe space where boundaries are respected, privacy is protected, and trust is nurtured.
Who are the psychoeducational workshops and trainings intended for?
- Anyone interested in personal growth and development, improving mental and social well-being, enhancing psychosocial functioning, and coping with and overcoming life’s challenges
- Professionals in education, health, and social care (such as psychologists, pedagogues, teachers, social and health workers) who can apply the acquired knowledge and skills in their daily practice, as well as for stress reduction and prevention of professional burnout
- Students of helping professions – as a supplement to formal education and an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience
- Employees of government institutions, NGOs and companies who wish to improve communication, strengthen teamwork, and increase work efficiency
How are the psychoeducational workshops and trainings organized?
We organize workshops and trainings in accordance with current capacities (within projects we are implementing, where specific workshop/training topics are included as activities).
We also deliver workshops and trainings upon request from institutions, organizations, NGOs, companies, and businesses that require specific topics.
Duration of workshops and trainings
Depending on needs and capacities, workshops may last from one day to several days. In the case of multi-day workshops, workshops are divided into modules (lasting 2 or 3 days in a row). One workshop day usually lasts 3 to 4 hours, but the schedule is often adjusted to the specific needs and capacities of each workshop or target group.
Facilitators and Trainers
The psychoeducational workshops and trainings are led by professionals with formal education and additional specialized training relevant to their field, as well as many years of experience in adult education.
Certification
Certificates are awarded to participants who attend at least two-thirds of the total planned training hours/days.
