This workshop is designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships, trust, and collaboration within teams. Through carefully planned activities and exercises, participants have the opportunity to better understand themselves and others, build a sense of belonging, and develop skills that contribute to more effective and healthier team functioning.
A special focus is placed on team communication – how we listen, express disagreement, resolve conflict, and build mutual trust. Participants learn to recognize different team roles and dynamics and develop the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
The content and examples used in the workshop are tailored to the specific needs of the target group – whether it involves teams from the NGO sector, educational institutions, social and health services, local governments, or private companies.
