The Association Amica Educa has launched the project “Strengthening Youth Mental Health and Resilience in Tuzla”, aimed at improving young people’s mental health and emotional

On February 26 and 27, 2026, a two-day training titled “Nonviolent and Inclusive Communication in Potentially Conflict Situations” was held at Hotel Terme Ozren. The training was facilitated by Ivona Erdeljac Senkas, Program Director of the Association Amica Educa and a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer.

Amica Educa is organizing a three-part cycle of educational workshops titled “Dances of Universal Peace”, intended for teachers of religious education who wish to enhance their teaching practice through creative and experiential methods.

Representatives of the Association Amica Educa participated in a two-day training titled “Health Profiles of Local Communities and Preparation of Project Ideas”, held in Banja Luka as part of the Healthy Communities programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Knowledge gained through educational programmes has the greatest value when it is shared and passed on.

Amica Educa is launching a new cycle of creative and educational workshops for children aged 6 to 8, aimed at supporting their emotional, social, and creative development through play and artistic expression.

The Association Amica Educa will soon begin implementing the initiative “Youth Safe Space”, aimed at improving young people’s mental health, resilience, and sense of safety in Tuzla by establishing an accessible and supportive space for psychological and peer support.

The INDEAR – Inclusion and Diversity in Early Childhood Education project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, was successfully completed after two years of implementation (October 2023 – October 2025).

As part of the project “Empowering Young Women – The Beginning of Change,” our participants visited the Center for Personal Development and Mental Health ACTUM
