Trainings in the field of employability skills focus on developing practical knowledge and competencies needed for more active participation in the labour market. Topics include job searching, writing a CV and motivation letter, preparing for a job interview, professional communication, presenting one’s own competencies, time management, developing work habits, financial literacy, and understanding rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
Through these activities, young people strengthen their readiness to search for employment, present themselves professionally, communicate with employers and plan their next steps in education, employment or further professional development.
Special emphasis is placed on recognising the importance of practical experience, volunteering, non-formal education and other opportunities that can enrich a CV and increase young people’s competitiveness in the labour market.
