Psychoeducational workshops for young people focus on strengthening young people’s mental, social and physical health, emotional literacy, self-regulation, communication skills and resilience in facing everyday life challenges.
The workshops cover topics such as stress, anxiety, emotions and needs, emotional regulation, attention and concentration, self-image, self-confidence, motivation, resilience, self-care, healthy habits, prevention of overload and burnout, personal boundaries, relationships and healthy patterns of behaviour in relationships, nonviolent and assertive communication, digital habits, excessive use of screens and social media, prevention of risky and addictive behavioural patterns, violence prevention, gender equality and the prevention of gender-based violence.
The workshops are implemented through interactive and experiential methods, enabling young people to actively participate, exchange opinions and experiences, recognise their own needs and challenges, and acquire knowledge and concrete skills that can be applied in everyday life. Special emphasis is placed on creating a safe and non-judgemental space where young people can speak openly, learn about themselves and others, strengthen their self-confidence and develop healthier ways of coping with stress, emotions and relationships.
