Personal, Social and Life Skills

Workshops and trainings in the field of personal, social and life skills focus on strengthening self-confidence, self-motivation, communication, teamwork, decision-making, goal-setting, problem-solving and conflict resolution, as well as recognising one’s own needs, personal boundaries and responsibility for one’s own choices.

Through interactive and experiential work, young people have the opportunity to get to know themselves better, recognise their own strengths, interests and challenges, develop more confident ways of communicating, strengthen their resilience and advocate for themselves more actively in private, educational, work-related and social settings.
