Self-Confidence and a Healthy Self-Image

Self-Confidence and a Healthy Self-Image

The Self-Confidence and a Healthy Self-Image workshop explores how we perceive ourselves, our value, and our abilities. Self-image represents our internal understanding of who we are as a person—how we see our strengths, limitations, and potentials—and it strongly influences our decisions, relationships with others, and the way we approach life’s challenges. When self-image is stable and realistic, it becomes easier to recognize personal strengths, make decisions aligned with our values, and develop greater trust in ourselves.

The development of self-image is influenced by many factors, including experiences within the family and during childhood, messages received from our environment, social expectations, and the way we talk to ourselves through our inner dialogue. During the workshop, special attention is given to understanding these influences and to recognizing how certain beliefs about ourselves may limit personal growth and a sense of self-worth.

The workshop provides space for developing a more supportive and realistic relationship with oneself, strengthening a sense of personal value, and building greater confidence in one’s capacities in various personal and professional situations.

During the workshop participants:

• explore how self-image develops and what influences self-confidence
• recognize limiting beliefs about their own abilities
• develop a more realistic and supportive relationship with themselves
• become more aware of their strengths, values, and potentials
• strengthen confidence in decision-making and expressing their own opinions
