Stress Prevention and Management

Stress Prevention and Management

The Stress Prevention and Management workshop focuses on understanding how stress affects our mental and physical health and on developing healthier ways of coping with everyday pressures. In today’s fast-paced environment, many people face constant demands, numerous responsibilities, and a persistent feeling that there is not enough time or energy to meet all expectations. Prolonged exposure to stress can affect mood, concentration, relationships with others, and physical health, ultimately impacting overall quality of life.

The workshop creates space to explore different sources of stress in everyday life—within personal, family, and professional contexts—as well as the ways in which the body and mind respond to prolonged pressure. Special attention is given to understanding the connections between stress, emotions, bodily reactions, and everyday habits that can either increase or reduce stress. The workshop encourages participants to develop a more conscious relationship with their own limits, energy, and responsibilities, and to recognize the importance of self-care as a key element in maintaining both mental and physical well-being.

During the workshop participants:

• learn about the mechanisms behind stress and its impact on health
• recognize their own patterns of responding to stressful situations
• learn techniques for reducing tension and relaxing the body
• explore ways of organizing daily responsibilities and energy
• develop strategies for maintaining psychological balance during demanding periods
