The Psychological Resilience workshop focuses on understanding and strengthening the inner capacities that help people cope with life’s challenges, changes, and uncertainty. In contemporary life, many individuals face various forms of pressure—from professional demands and family responsibilities to unexpected life changes and crisis situations. In such circumstances, psychological resilience becomes an essential resource that allows people to navigate difficulties while maintaining stability, meaning, and connection with others.
Resilience does not mean avoiding difficulties or suppressing emotions. Rather, it refers to the ability to approach challenges realistically, to recognize and use both internal and external sources of support, and to develop new strength and perspectives through life experiences. In this process, a sense of purpose, supportive relationships, flexibility in thinking, and trust in one’s own capacities play an important role.
The workshop provides space to explore how resilience can be developed through everyday habits, ways of thinking, and attitudes toward challenges. Participants are encouraged to recognize their own resources and potentials that can help them navigate life’s changes more effectively.
During the workshop participants:
• identify personal strengths and sources of inner stability
• develop more flexible ways of thinking in challenging situations
• explore strategies for recovery after stressful experiences
• strengthen self-confidence and a sense of personal effectiveness
• learn how to build relationships that provide support and safety
