The Employability Skills training focuses on developing knowledge and competencies that are important for successful entry into the labour market. In the modern work environment, in addition to formal education, practical skills such as clear communication, confident self-presentation, and the ability to plan professional development are becoming increasingly important. Many individuals, especially young people entering the world of work for the first time, face uncertainty and a lack of information about how to prepare for the employment process and how to recognize their own professional potential.
Through this training, participants have the opportunity to develop a clearer understanding of their interests, abilities, and opportunities in the labour market. Particular attention is given to understanding employers’ expectations, developing professional communication, and strengthening self-confidence in the job search process.
The training is designed as a practical and interactive process in which participants develop competencies that help them approach career planning, professional decision-making, and presenting their knowledge and skills in various employment situations more actively and confidently.
During the training participants:
• learn how to prepare a CV and motivation letter
• develop skills for presenting themselves in a job interview
• recognize their own professional strengths and interests
• learn about ways of planning a career and setting goals
• develop confidence in the job search process
