The Mental Health workshop provides a space for understanding the importance of mental health as a foundation of personal well-being, healthy relationships, and overall functioning in everyday life. Mental health does not refer only to the absence of difficulties, but also to the ability to cope with life changes, pressures, and the uncertainties of modern life.
In today’s social context, an increasing number of people face various forms of psychological strain, such as chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or burnout. These challenges are often accompanied by experiences such as insomnia, loss of motivation, feelings of overload, or loneliness, which can significantly affect quality of life and relationships with others.
The workshop creates a space to talk about mental health without stigma, with particular focus on recognizing early signs of declining mental well-being, understanding the connection and mutual influence between physical and mental health, and highlighting the importance of seeking timely support and developing a culture of self-care.
During the workshop participants:
- gain basic knowledge about mental health and factors that influence psychological well-being
- learn to recognize early signs of stress, emotional strain, and declining mental health
- explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and physical reactions in challenging situations
- learn techniques for improving mental health and strengthening personal resources for coping with life challenges
- develop awareness of their own feelings, needs, and personal boundaries, as well as the importance of self-care
